EZNESTING is a web-based nesting optimization software that helps users minimize material waste by calculating optimal cutting layouts for sheet materials. The Service includes free and paid subscription tiers with varying features and limitations.

4. Subscription and Payments
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

The optimization results provided by the Service are recommendations only. You are responsible for verifying all measurements and cut plans before executing any cuts. We are not liable for any material waste, damage, or injury resulting from the use of our optimization recommendations.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EZNESTING SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR MATERIALS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
