A 36"-wide bathroom vanity with a single drawer and a door:

  • 2 sides @ 21" × 30" (cabinet sides)
  • 1 bottom @ 21" × 33"
  • 1 top @ 21" × 33"
  • 1 shelf @ 21" × 33"
  • 1 back @ 33" × 30" (1/4" stock — separate sheet)

The 3/4" parts (everything except the back) need about 22 sq ft of sheet material. A 4×8 has 32 sq ft. One sheet, with usable offcut around 10 sq ft left over for shop scraps or another small project.
